LOT 241: This is a beautiful large, vintage oil painting signed by listed Italian Artist Silvio Polloni b.1888 d.1972. This important work of art was exhibited at the Seconda Quadriennale d'Arte Nazionale Roma in 1935.This was a prestigious invitation only exhibit and featured the best artists of the day. It retains the original sticker from the exhibit on the back and a value of 3,000 Lira. There is some crazing and age to canvas along with some nicks to frame. The frame is signed Italy on the back.
