For the past three years he has been included in Atlanta Magazine's list of "Georgia's Super Lawyers." In addition to serving on several corporate boards, Wagner was an Advisory Board member for the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and vice chairman of the Board of Trustees, Global Health Action, Inc. He is a frequent business and legal seminar speaker on business law topics including 'distressed loan workouts.'
A resident of Alpharetta, Ga., Wagner earned a bachelors degree in history from Emory University in Atlanta, and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va., where he was managing editor of Virginia Law Review.
